I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Fineheat. Our boiler has been slowly losing pressure for a few months, but when it finally packed up I knew who to call straight away. One of the team to called me right back and arranged to come around that afternoon. It wasn’t a simple fix…due to limescale build up over several years they had to carry out a power flush as well as replacing a part, but it was all done the very next day. I had already had a call from Fineheat to explain the issue, give a couple of alternatives on the solution and advise me of costs. The invoice was sent through promptly and was exactly as I had been advised – no nasty surprises. Our boiler is now better than new, with amazing pressure and lots of lovely hot water. Fineheat are not just experts in plumbing and heating, they also provide a superior level of service and communication.

In the stressful rush of everyday life, with never enough hours in the day, I needed a sink fitted and plumbed in before a tribe of guests were arriving for the weekend. Passing the job over to Dino took out all the stress for me and the job was immediately booked in. Kieron did an excellent job, clearly very good at his trade, professional and very friendly. (Also, 2 thumbs up from my 6-year-old who was super keen to join in) Added to the job sheet on the day was a list of a load of jobs I hadn’t done. Kieron happily took these tasks in hand and did these. Thank you guys!
